Organic unbleached flour, filtered water, grass-fed butter, sourdough starter, salt, organic sugar, grass-fed milk, finished with rice flour and corn meal.

Pizza Dough
Organic hard red wheat, malted barley, starter, filtered water, salt.
Dough makes two thin crust pizzas or one deep dish style pizza.
Baking Instructions:
Bring dough to room temperature.
Divide dough in half for two pizzas or leave as is for one extra thick crust.
Set oven to 450 degrees.
**Optional- Prebake crust for 6 minutes before adding toppings
Add favorite toppings and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

Cinnamon Rolls
$18 per half dozen (6)
Milk, butter, egg, sourdough starter, sugar, organic unbleached flour, salt.
Frosting: vanilla, butter, powdered sugar, milk.
To Bake: Remove lid and let rise on counter for about an hour. Preheat oven to 350. Place pan on center rack and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven to let cool. Top with desired amount of frosting.
