Our Menu

This is our standard menu, things that we always have on our shelves. We rotate additional offerings, inclusions, cookie, fluffin & cinnamon roll options on the shelves too. Our bakers are very creative and come up with new stuff regularly. So, what are you waiting for? Get yourself in here and get the goods.

All of our sourdough products are long-fermented and gut-friendly. Our menu changes seasonally. In the hot summer months, we are thinking about BBQ's, vacations and picnics. When the weather cools, we move more into comfort foods. Menu is subject to change due to season and availability.

Pizza Dough

Organic hard red wheat, malted barley, starter, filtered water, salt. Dough makes two thin crust pizzas or one deep dish style pizza. Baking Instructions: Bring dough to room temperature. Divide dough in half for two pizzas or leave as is for one extra thick crust. Set oven to 450 degrees. **Optional- Prebake crust for 6 minutes before adding toppings Add favorite toppings and bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Baking times may vary.

Cinnamon Rolls

$20 for 8- Take & Bake! PRE ORDER ONLY! Organic unbleached Flour, grass fed milk, grass fed butter, pure vanilla, pastured eggs, sourdough starter, organic sugar, salt, cinnamon. Frosting: pure vanilla, grass fed butter, powered sugar, grass fed milk To Bake: Remove lid and let rise on counter for about an hour. Preheat oven to 350. Place pan on center rack and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven to let cool. Top with desired amount of frosting.
